Thank you for shopping with AudioSwag.Rocks! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
Expedited shipping: 2–4 business days after processing (where available)

International Orders
International delivery: 10–20 business days after processing
Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance in your country.

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Occasional delays can occur during peak seasons (holidays, special releases) or due to carrier delays outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package.

PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT
AudioSwag.Rocks products are made-to-order. Each item is printed and shipped from our fulfillment partner after your order is placed. This is why processing takes 2–3 business days before the item ships.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at ricardor@moderndrummer.com and we'll investigate right away.
